Christmas Nut Thins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend sugar and butter together.
Add well beaten eggs.
Sift in flour and salt.
Add nuts.
Add flavoring; mix until smooth and light.
Drop onto greased baking sheet; spread well apart.
Place half nut meat in center of each cookie.
Place and bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for about 10 minutes.
