Poppy Seed Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice or lemon curd
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom only of 4 mini loaf pans. In a large mixer bowl, combine flour, 1 1/4 cups sugar, milk, 1 cup margarine, eggs, poppy seed, baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl until mixed.
Pour into pans. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove from pans.
Cool.
Mix 1/3 cup sugar, melted margarine and lemon juice.
Use to glaze bread.
