Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 end pork chops
salt and pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
1 c. raw rice
1/2 green pepper, cut
2 green onions, sliced
1 tomato, peeled and cut
pepper
paprika
Preparation
-
Brown pork chops and put in shallow baking dish.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and pour over chops.
Add remaining ingredients, sprinkling top with pepper and paprika.
Cover tightly (with foil if cover is not available) and bake in a moderate oven at (350\u00b0) for about 1 hour.
Yield: 4 servings.
