Dilled Pork Scallopini(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork tenderloin
all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 medium carrot, julienne
1 (12 oz) jar brown gravy
3 Tbsp. half and half or milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Cut pork crosswise into 12 slices.
Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.
Dust with flour.
Combine egg and water.
Dip pork into mixture, then into crumbs.
Saute pork in butter, a few pieces at a time, until brown.
Add more butter if necessary.
