Bishop'S Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 c. halved, glazed cherries
2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. finely chopped dates
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease 10 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan; line bottom with waxed paper.
In medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in chocolate pieces, pecans, dates and cherries until all are well coated with flour.
In a large bowl, mix at medium speed 3 eggs.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Fold in flour mixture.
Turn into loaf pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours or until done.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Remove from pan and wrap in foil.
