Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat 1/4 cup margarine and 1/4 cup shortening in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 425\u00b0 until melted.
    Coat chicken.
    Place skin side down in pan.
    Time 30 minutes.
    Turn, then cook 30 minutes more.
