New Zealand Cornflake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. butter
    4 oz. sugar
    1 egg
    6 oz. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. mixed dried fruit
    cornflakes
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, add egg and cream again.
    Add flour, baking powder and mixed fruit.
    Mix well.
    Roll teaspoonfuls in lightly crushed cornflakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
