Mexican Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Blend in flour.
    Add nuts. Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
    Place 1/2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until creamy color.
    Roll in extra sugar.
    Cool and roll again.
