Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds stew meat, cubed
    4 potatoes, cubed
    1 pound carrots, sliced
    1 green pepper cut in strips
    2 large onions, diced
    1 large can tomatoes
    5 Tbsp. Tapioca
    salt, pepper and sugar to taste
    2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Place in large roaster, cover and bake in 250 degrees oven for 5 hours.
    Do not peek. Serves 8 to 10. Leftovers freeze well.
