Holiday Breakfast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
2 c. dried bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add eggs and oil; mix well. Add remaining 5 ingredients. Makes 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to an hour and 20 minutes.
