Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and pick over rice.
    Combine rice, milk, water, sugar, nutmeg and salt in the top of a double boiler.
    Cook covered over boiling water for 2 hours or until liquid is absorbed.
    Chill with cinnamon on top.
