Hot Cheese Hors D'Oeuvre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 lb. sharp New York Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 cans chilies, peeled and roasted
Preparation
    Beat eggs and mix in milk.
    Put a layer of shredded cheese on the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Then spread the 3 cans of chilies on the cheese.
    Pour egg and milk on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve on crackers.
