Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pumpkin
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a big bowl, mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and sugar. Sift the rest of the ingredients together over wax paper.
    Add these slowly to the pumpkin mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 (5 x 9-inch) loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
