Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 1/2 to 1 teaspoon balls.
Decorate with sprinkles, Kisses, nuts.
(I like anis seed added to dough.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
