Zucchini Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    17 to 18 c. grated zucchini
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 dram pineapple flavoring
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil.
    Add zucchini and simmer 20 minutes.
    Put in hot jars and seal.
    Makes 8 to 9 pints.
