Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. flour
    3 c. well mashed ripe bananas (6 to 8)
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. flour (to coat nuts)
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add salt and baking soda to flour. Add and mix well to sugar and eggs mix; blend in bananas and nuts. Pour into loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake at 275\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
