Banana Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 large bananas, mashed fine
    pinch of salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs, bananas, salt, flour and nuts.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until it passes the toothpick test.
    This is delicious served with butter, cream cheese or just plain.
