Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. can pumpkin (2 c.)
    1 2/3 c. Pet milk
    1 egg
    9-inch unbaked pastry crust
Preparation
    Mix in a 3-quart bowl the brown sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice (see note) and salt. Add and stir until smooth the milk and egg, slightly beaten. Pour into 9-inch crust. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted 2-inches from edge comes out clean.
