Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    1 c. pumpkin
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. water
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat together thoroughly sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, oil, eggs and salt.
    Add to mixture pumpkin, baking soda, water and flour. Grease and flour 3 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Fill 3/4 full and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
