Crock-Pot Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up or pieces you prefer
    2 ribs celery
    1 bay leaf
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small bell pepper
    1 tsp. gumbo file
    1/2 c. rice
    3/4 to 1 c. water
Preparation
    First put layer of onion, celery and bell pepper in crock-pot. Add chicken and bay leaf.
    Next, add rice, soup, water and file. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
    If it gets too dry, add a little boiling water.
