Crispy Crunch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe bananas
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. white flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. granola
    1 c. brown sugar (packed)
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Mash bananas to make 1 cup.
    Cream sugars and butter until light and fluffy.
    Beat in mashed bananas, egg and vanilla until blended.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Beat into banana mixture.
    Beat in granola and raisins.
    Drop by teaspoonful three inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 30 minutes.
    Remove to wire racks to complete cooling.
    Makes 3 1/2 to 4 dozen cookies.
