Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. crushed potato chips
chopped nuts (about 1/2 c. or to taste)
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the chips and flour, then mix in the nuts.
Roll by heaping teaspoonfuls into small balls. Bake about 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned around the edges.
Roll in confectioners sugar while warm.
Makes about 5 dozen.
