Cracklin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cracklins (fried pork skins)
    1 tsp. salt
    hot water
Preparation
    Enough hot water to make into dough thick enough to shape into small loaves.
    Break cracklins into small pieces.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
