Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    2 c. zucchini, peeled, seeded, cooked, drained, mashed and drained again
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 450\u00b0.
    Turn oven down to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 40 minutes or until done.
    Use knife test.
    Cool.
    This pie is like a pumpkin pie.
