Speedy Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. peaches in juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Melt margarine in deep dish.
Combine other ingredients except peaches,
pour
over
butter
and top with peaches.
If peaches are unsweetened, add sugar
to taste.
Bake 40 minutes at
350\u00b0, the crust rises to top.
Serve
hot
or
cold
with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 6.
