Sugar Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, pared and sliced or cubed
    1 double pie crust
    1 small can unsweetened frozen apple juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Layer apple slices in pie shell.
    Mix apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and cornstarch in saucepan; cook on low heat until thickens. Pour over apples.
    Place second pie shell on top, lightly butter on top of shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Makes one double crust pie.
