Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. or 1 lb. sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients by hand.
    Spray 4 (1 pound) coffee cans with Pam.
    Pour batter 1/2 full in cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool 3 to 4 minutes, then turn out of cans.
    When completely cool, put back in cans.
    Store with lids on.
