Three Flour Braided Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 3/4 to 5 1/2 c. white flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 1/4 c. very warm tap water (120~ to 130~)
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. rye flour
Preparation
    In large bowl thoroughly mix 2 1/4 cups white flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
    Add margarine.
    Gradually add warm water to ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Add 1 cup white flour.
    Beat at high speed 2 minutes, scraping occasionally.
    Portion equal amounts of batter into 3 bowls.
    To the first add 2 tablespoons molasses and whole wheat flour, to make a soft dough.
    Turn out onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
    Cover and set aside.
