Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg
Preparation

Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Add shortening, orange juice and egg.
Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
