Dill Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast or 1 cake compressed yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/3 c. flour
butter
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.
Heat cheese to warm.
Stir into yeast mixture.
Stir in rest of ingredients except flour and butter.
Mix well.
Beat in flour gradually until completely blended.
Beat vigorously about 20 strokes.
(Dough will be sticky and heavy.) Cover; let rise until doubled in bulk. Stir down dough.
Spoon into 6-cup baking bowl.
Cover and let rise 45 minutes.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 50 minutes.
