Cheese Round - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. grated sharp cheese
4 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. ground red pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small jar strawberry preserves
Preparation

Mix together first five ingredients.
Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Spread remaining pecans in the bottom of greased Bundt pan. Spread in cheese mixture and then refrigerate.
When ready to serve, turn onto platter and spoon preserves in center.
Serve with your favorite crackers to serve.
It is better to let set overnight before serving to let the flavors blend together.
