Carol Sparks' Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
    1 1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes (dried)
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix hot roll mix according to package instructions.
    Cover and set aside for use later.
    Brown sausage on low heat for 5 minutes. Drain well; chunk sausage into very small pieces and add chopped onion.
    Continue to cook on low heat until sausage is almost done. Drain again and add cheeses, parsley flakes, salt and Tabasco sauce.
    Cook for one minute; add beaten eggs and cook for another minute.
    Turn off heat and set aside.
    Roll dough mixture (on floured surface) into a large round thin circle.
    Place sausage mixture in center of circle.
    Fold dough over sausage mixture to form a crescent shape.
    Brush with melted butter and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Brush bread with melted butter when removed from oven.
