Raisin-Nut Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    yolk of 1 egg
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    In saucepan, put sugar and lemon juice; mix well.
    Add raisins, pecans and egg yolk.
    Mix well and cook 3 minutes. While still hot, add mayonnaise and stir. Spread on bread.
