Molded Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. gelatin
1 can consomme
3 pkg. chopped broccoli, drained and mashed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in undiluted warm consomme to broccoli.
Add finely mashed eggs and remaining ingredients to consomme.
Turn food in eggs and broccoli; blend well.
Put in mold which has been greased with mayonnaise.
Chill.
Serves 14 to 16.
