Indian Fried Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix and let stand 20 minutes.
    Divide into 5 or 6 portions and roll out on floured surface until about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Fry in 1 inch of hot grease until brown, turning once.
    Drain on paper sack.
    Serve with beans or chili.
