Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef roast, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can sliced or chopped mushrooms, drained
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. medium or wide noodles
Preparation
    Mix beef pieces, soup and drained mushrooms together in a crock-pot. Cook on low for 6 to 10 hours.
    Stir in sour cream to taste before serving over cooked egg noodles.
