Chicken Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut up
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    oil
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Dredge chicken with flour and pepper.
    Brown each piece on all sides in hot oil.
    Place skin side up in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish in single layer.
    Spread undiluted soup evenly over each piece.
    Sprinkle almonds.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until juice runs clear.
    Yields 4 servings.
