Vanilla Wafer Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c butter
2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 2/3 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 12-15 min. until edges are
golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Makes 7 dozen.
