Chinese Chows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dates
    1 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then add remainder.
    Spread 1/2-inch thick in pan.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cut in squares.
    Roll in sugar.
