Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 2 c. fresh strawberries
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix strawberries, eggs, oil and sugar.
Mix well.
Sift dry ingredients into berry mixture.
Stir to blend thoroughly.
Stir in nuts and pour into 3 medium loaf pans which have been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
