Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. hot water
3/4 lb. Italian sausage
1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. hot boiled rice
1 1/4 c. canned tomatoes
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 small onion
Preparation

Cut sausage into small pieces and fry until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
Add water.
Combine cracker crumbs, rice, tomatoes, pepper and onion.
Mix lightly.
Add sausage.
Turn into greased casserole and dot with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
