Crispy Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    4 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Roll out and use cookie cutters OR drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Dip the base of a drinking class in a small bowl of water, then in a small bowl of sugar, and flatten each cookie with the sugared glass.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly browned.
    Cool.
    When cool, they should be thin and crispy.
