Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, sliced (unpared)
    1 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano leaves
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. or less vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients, adding zucchini last.
    Spread evenly in pan.
    Bake until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
    Serve warm or cold.
