Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. very warm water (125~ to 130~)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
cornmeal
Preparation

In large bowl combine 3 cups flour, undissolved yeast and salt.
Stir very warm water and olive oil into dry ingredients. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4 to 6 minutes.
Cover and rest on floured surface for 10 minutes.
