Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs with a fork to mix lightly.
Add mashed bananas, vanilla, vegetable oil, Bisquick mix, sugar and nuts.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan about 5 minutes.
Loosen edges; cool on rack.
