Zucchini Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 zucchini
    1/2 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    3/4 c. ReaLemon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut seed out of zucchini.
    Peel and grate 1/2 gallon.
    Mix grated zucchini and other ingredients.
    Heat to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pack in pint jars.
    Pressure cook for 5 minutes at 5 pounds of pressure.
