Oven Fried Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. sesame seed
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine sesame seed, flour and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in soy sauce and dredge in sesame seed mixture. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Drizzle melted margarine over chicken. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
