Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
grated peel of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine shortening and 1 cup of sugar.
Add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, milk and lemon peel.
Place in greased and floured pan; bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
