Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c zucchini, unpeeled and thinly sliced
1 c bisquick
1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c onion, chopped
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 c Wesson oil
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt - pepper if desired
Preparation

Mix all together well and put in a well greased 13x9x1 1/2 inch dish and bake in slow oven until brown - time varies according to your oven.
Good hot or cold.
Cut in 1 1/2 inch squares.
Yields: 12-15 servings.
