Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Mix last 3 ingredients.
    Then combine both mixtures.
    Rolls out better if chilled.
    Makes 3 crusts or makes 2 crusts with lattice top and 1 crust alone.
